Our mission is to be a trusted part of our community - a place families can count on when they need us most. We strive to give every dog a safe, fun getaway filled with fresh air, play, and care tailored to who they are - while giving their families peace of mind knowing they're in good hands.

Where it all Started.
Looking Glass Farms began in 2020, when the Glass family started dog-sitting local dogs. What began simply grew through familiar faces, returning families, and plenty of wagging tails.
Over the years, that passion grew into the Looking Glass Farms we know today. Built around the same personal approach that started it all, we’ve created a place where dogs have room to play, enjoy the outdoors, and feel right at home — while their families have a place they know they can count on.

The Hands behind the Happy Tails!
Behind Looking Glass Farms is a team of people who genuinely know and care about the dogs who stay with us. We each bring something different to the farm, but we share the same priority: keeping dogs safe, happy, healthy, and loved.
Michael - Founder & Owner
Michael built Looking Glass Farms around personal, dependable care and the belief that pet care doesn’t have to feel corporate. He values the relationships we build with our clients, thinks outside the box, and has cared for many of our longtime guests for years. He takes pride in creating a place families can genuinely rely on, where doing right by both the dogs and their people comes first.
Abbie - General Manager
Abbie brings a strong background in commercial dog care and a passion for finding better ways to do things. Her specialties include canine behavior, health and safety, enrichment, and the behind-the-scenes systems that keep the farm growing. She’s always looking for ways to make every dog’s experience safer, happier, and more thoughtfully cared for.
Robby - Assistant Manager
Robby brings a whole lot of heart to the farm. She has a gift for making dogs and their people feel welcome, remembers the little things, and loves making every stay special. She keeps us organized, brings creativity to our socials, and is always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed. Her positivity and kindness make her someone both our clients and team can count on.
Valarie
Valarie is our steady, dependable ‘Momma Bear.’ She remembers the little details about our dogs, keeps our everyday routines running smoothly, and is always someone the team can count on. Practical, honest, consistent, and hardworking, she’s the person who makes sure things get done and done right. She brings a sense of stability to the farm that keeps both the dogs and the rest of us on track.
Tyson
Tyson keeps the farm running behind the scenes and treats the dogs like his own. He has a knack for noticing problems, finding practical solutions, and thinking outside the box. He’s also the guy who keeps the team laughing and is always willing to lend a hand.
Alina
Detail-oriented in all the best ways, Alina notices the things others might miss—from a tiny bump to exactly how a dog likes their dinner. She’s passionate about enrichment, cleanliness, and thoughtful care, and she’s our spa superstar who consistently goes the extra mile.
Olivia
One of the newest faces on the farm, Olivia has already won over the dogs—and they are obsessed with her. She’s sweet, fun, patient, and has a natural way of making dogs feel comfortable while turning playtime into a good time. She brings such a positive energy to the farm, and we’re excited to watch her find her own specialties as she continues growing with our team.
