We require up-to-date Bordetella , Distemper (DHPP) , and Rabies vaccine records for every dog that stays in our facility. You can upload those via the Gingr portal or Email them over to bookings@lookingglassfarms.net. We also ask that if you have a dog with special needs to please let us know in your inquiry or booking request. We strive to provide the right care for any and all pups in our facility!
For all pick-ups and drop-offs - we ask that you send over a message to let us know when you're close by, so we can be prepared for/with your pup(s). once you arrive a team member will come out to confirm your care instructions and retrieve/deliver your dog! If you are not arriving at your reserved pick-up or drop-off time - We ask that you let us know in advance.
We ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

To the health and safety of all dogs in our care, we require every dog to be up-to-date on vaccinations such as: Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella. Proof of Vaccination will be required at
Drop-Off before a dog can stay with us.
We ask that you bring your dog on leash, with a collar or harness, any medications they take, and their own food, to prevent any upset bellies. We do provide them with food and water bowls. Otherwise, it's totally up to you! Toys, bedding, your clothing, etc. is perfectly fine to bring as well.
Yes! We offer a $10/night discount for each additional dog in the same family after the first.
Other discounts such as long-term stays, referrals, military discounts, etc. are subject to be applied at the time of booking.
