We require up-to-date Bordetella , Distemper (DHPP) , and Rabies vaccine records for every dog that stays in our facility. You can upload those via the Gingr portal under "Account" or Email them over to bookings@lookingglassfarms.net.
All pick-ups and drop-offs are by appointment only. Once you arrive a team member will come out to confirm your care instructions and retrieve or return your dog.
Please arrive at your reserved time or let us know in advance if your plans change. Arrivals outside of the scheduled time may experience a wait, as our team may be caring for the pups or assisting other clients.
Our property has two buildings on-site, with a gravel driveway that splits off.
Please veer right towards the facility (gray barn building) rather than to the residence. Once you arrive, a team member will assist you and check-in your dog.
Please bring your pup with a leash, collar, their food with instructions, any medications, and you're welcome to bring any special toys or blankets to make them feel at home. We provide bedding and bowls.
Yes! We can administer routine medications, and at no additional charge.

Yes. Group Play is Not Required for boarding. Dogs who prefer one-on-one time can follow an individual play and potty-time routine with staff, including toys and downtime based on their needs.
We use long-leads and slow introductions to evaluate your pup's comfort around other dogs, socialization, play style, energy level, and overall fit for Dog-Days, then provide a report card with our observations at the end of their visit.
Bring your pup on leash, with a secure flat or fabric collar, that staff can safely use for handling and redirection. Prong collars, slip leads, or harnesses can still be used upon arrival, but only in addition to a regular collar.
You can also bring a lunch as needed, plus treats or comfort items.
We provide bowls and bedding.
Dog-Day Passes are pre-paid visits offered at a discounted rate. When your dog attends a Dog-Day, one pass is simply deducted from your account at checkout. Passes do Not guarantee availability for any dates, so Dog-Days still need to be requested and approved in advance.
No - we do Not offer haircuts. Our Spa Services focus on bath-and-brush packages with options for full service baths, nail trims & grinds, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, de-shedding, and other add-ons.
Our Spa Services are primarily offered as add-ons to boarding and daycare reservations. We occasionally have limited availability for Spa-Only appointments only for well-established clients, but these are appointment only and not guaranteed year-round.
Spa Services are completed from late morning through early evening. We aim to have your pup freshly washed and fully dry as close as possible to the scheduled pickup time, so reservations including baths must be scheduled for 2 PM or later. Please let us know ASAP if your pickup time changes, as any changes may affect our ability to complete the spa service in appropriate time.
