Know BeFore You Go

We require up-to-date Bordetella , Distemper (DHPP) , and  Rabies vaccine records for every dog that stays in our facility. You can upload those via the Gingr portal under "Account" or Email them over to bookings@lookingglassfarms.net. We also ask that if you have a dog with special needs to please let us know in your inquiry or booking request. We strive to provide the right care for any and all pups in our facility! 

For all pick-ups and drop-offs - we ask that you send over a message to let us know when you're close by, so we can be prepared for/with your pup(s). once you arrive a team member will come out to confirm your care instructions and retrieve/deliver your dog! If you are not arriving at your reserved pick-up or drop-off time - We ask that you let us know in advance.  

This is real farmland -- which means during wet seasons, there will be mud. While we work hard to keep pups clean and comfortable in their kennels, some dogs absolutely love to play in it! If you prefer your dog not to return home muddy and do not wish to purchase a bath, we recommend bringing a towel or blanket to protect you vehicle.

We ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
